I can offer care homes a wide range of services in relation to the MCA and DoLS legislation.

I can support care homes to train staff and offer a consultancy service to ensure their paperwork, processes and procedures as legally compliant.  

I am happy for family members to get in touch and discuss any MCA/DoLS/LPA or Deputyship issues they may have.

I can offer Local Authorities a range of MCA and DoLS assessments for their own purposes or for Court of Protection cases.

Sourcing this service from me allows your own social work staff to be able to concentrate on their caseload.
